Do you have a job that requires you to work from various types of lifts and platforms? This programme is designed to give you the knowledge and skills needed to work from an elevated platform (EWP).
This training will provide you with knowledge of the legislative requirements in relation to Codes of practice and the use of EWP, the types of EWP’s and their suitability for purpose. You will also cover the safety features of EWP including pre-start checks, use of safety harnesses, reporting problems and incidents, and how to identify, assess and control hazards, as well as emergency rescue plans and retrieval systems.
This programme runs from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm over 1 day.
