This programme is designed for high school students who are interested in working with young children. Drawing on our many years of experience in early childhood, our STAR and Gateway programme delivers unit standards at level 2 and level 3. Offering students an opportunity to develop the skills and hands-on practical experience within the field of early childhood.

This certificate helps students to develop a strong foundational grounding in the essential knowledge involved in the education and care of infants, toddlers, and young children. This early childhood course is free for those aged 16 to 19.

This programme is designed for those working in home-based childcare
This is a distance learning programme that is delivered online. Students are guided by unit standards, and workbooks are written specifically for home-based education and care. This programme equips students with the essential knowledge and skills to work in a range of roles within the early childhood sector.

This diploma enables students to excel in a rewarding career educating and caring for infants and young children. Over the programme students gain the skills and knowledge needed to work in a range of early childhood contexts, such as centre-based, hospital-based, home-based, nanny, parent-led, or culturally-based contexts including Pasifika or Māori.
