Knowing how to make good coffee is a foot-in-the-door to most holiday jobs now. This course
covers the origins of coffee and how it is processed, along with the types of coffee and what
affects their flavour when made in cafes. The second half of the course is hands-on and you
will learn how to make various types of coffee, such as Long Black, Cappuccino and Flat White.
