BizTech is a free 20 Week programme designed for youth aged from 16-19, that provides students with a foundation in both business and computing, the New Zealand Certificate in Business Administration and Technology (Level 3) and the opportunity to gain credits towards NCEA Levels 2 and 3.
Comprehensive use of computers is essential for almost all jobs now. BizTech will give you an extensive grasp of business administration including communication theory, customer service, creating business documents, and advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
We try to stimulate a business environment (while having fun) to get you ready for work in a real office. Learn how to follow task lists with self-directed learning, communicate effectively with others and gain confidence with the Microsoft Office suite.
Upon completing the BizTech, graduates can move into jobs in administration, banking, retail, and business roles. Graduates can also pathway onto further study in Business or IT at a University level.
Fees listed are indicative only and may vary with course selection. Exact fees can be confirmed when you
enquire or apply.
